What are the system requirements for a game?
How do I download a game?
Each game has its own set of requirements, but the games should run on most PCs bought in the last few years. You can try any of the games before you subscribe, but if you need to look it up then click the 'Info' link, which is displayed next to each game, and you'll be able review System Requirements for that particular game and make sure that your PC is compatible. Some games require DirectX, a software package from Microsoft. To install DirectX, Please visit Microsoft's DirectX download center http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx and follow the installation instructions
To download a game, click the Play button or the image of the game to start the download. If this is your first time downloading a game, you will be asked whether to open or save the file. Click the 'Open' button to proceed. A short installation procedure will run automatically on you machine. If you have already installed at least one game, the download process will look a bit different. A new window with the image of the game and up-to-date progress of the download will be displayed.
How do I play the game after installation?
After your installation has been completed a shortcut icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on the icon to start playing. You can also select the game from the Windows Start Menu, under the section “Sky Games”.
Do I need to be connected to the Internet to play a game?
Not always. To subscribe you will need to be connected to the internet, but offline you may still try any game for a short time. Once you are a subscriber, you don’t always have to be online to play a game. Since you may be travelling or just don’t want to be online, you can continue to play up to seven days before you have to login again.
How do I subscribe to Games?
On the website, click on Start The Trial or Free 10-Day Trial and follow the directions. You will first be asked for some details we need to give you a Sky.com account, and then you’ll need to provide your billing information, including credit card details. By subscribing, you will have unlimited access to a variety of arcade, puzzle, card, kids and action games, with a 10-day free trial (first time subscribers only).. You credit card will not be charged until your free 10-day trial is over.
Can I subscribe to Games even if I am not a Sky Broadband subscriber?
Yes.
What is a cooling period?
The Cooling period starts when a user becomes a subscriber for the first time and ends the day the user is charged for the first time. The Cooling period is typically the same length as the trial period.
What are recurring charges?
When a user signs up for a trial, three types of subscriptions may be available: monthly, quarterly, or annually. After an initial charge following the free trial, a subscriber will be charged for the service either once a month, once every three months or once a year. This amount is the recurring charge
How do I change a subscription program?
You may have the option to switch from one subscription program to another. For example, a monthly subscriber may be able to become a quarterly subscriber by selecting Change Subscription under My Account. In this instance a confirmation email will be sent to the user. The change will take effect after the current subscription period elapses
How do I cancel a subscription?
Under My Account, select “Review your Sky Games monthly subscription” and then select “Click Here to Cancel”. A confirmation email will be sent. A user will remain a subscriber until the end of the current subscription period
How do I update billing details?
You can update your billing details by clicking on My Account and then on View Join & Play Details. Please proceed through the checkout process again.. Your updated information will be used for future recurring charges.
After subscribing, how can I play the full version?
Please click on the game shortcut icon on your desktop (or see above: How do I play the game after installation). You will be asked to sign in and the game will be unlocked automatically. If the game in't automatically unlocked, please contact customer support to check on your Membership status.
I am a subscriber, but my games don't work?
First, please uninstall and reinstall the game again. If that doesn't work, please review the rest of the FAQ for a possible solution to your issue. If no relevant solution is found, please contact us.
I can't Sign up because I receive an error message.

I forgot my Username or Password.
Please look for the confirmation email that was sent to you when you first signed up. You can also obtain your Username by clicking on the forgotten Username link and answering a few basic questions about yourself. If you forgot your password, you can enter your Username and then answer your security question and create your new password
I didn't receive a confirmation email when I signed up for membership.
A confirmation email was sent when you signed up for membership. If you haven't received it yet, it may be due to an incorrect email address or it may be in your Spam folder. If you still can't find it, please

I lost my game; I can't find it on my computer.
If you cant find your game, please try to download it again. (Please see above: How do I download a game?).
I would like to update my Email address and other personal information
You can update your contact information by clicking on My Account and then on the Edit Details button next to the Personal Details text
The game doesn't start or doesn't run well.
Such issues can often be solved by un-installing the particular game and then downloading it again. When downloading a new version of the game, do not interrupt the download. Make sure that there are no other programs running when you install the game. If this doesn’t work, repeat the process but in order to make sure you have a fresh download, you may need to clear your browser's cache. To clear your browser’s cache, open your internet browser (for example, Internet Explorer), go to Tools, then Internet Options, and click on Delete Files.
My screen is black and the game doesn't appear.
It is possible that you do not have the latest version of DirectX installed on your computer. Please visit Microsoft's DirectX download center http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx and follow the instructions to install DirectX.
The game runs very slow.
Make sure your computer meets the game's system requirements. Close all other applications. You may need to restart your computer and try again.
The game's graphics or sounds are not functioning properly.
It’s possible your PC’s multimedia drivers (those for your video and sound cards) need to be updated. Try installing the latest drivers from the website of the video or sound card's manufacturer. If that still doesn't work, contact us for further assistance.
Why am I asked to reboot my PC?
A few of the games do require a reboot upon installation, but if you are asked to reboot every time a new game is installed, your PC may have an older version of Odyssey.dll. This file may be found in the following directory: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Oberon Media. Please close all browser windows, delete this file and download / install any game. An updated version of Odyssey.dll will be installed automatically.
